Bone

Wow, these poems hit hard. I really found myself drawn to the longer pieces. Some of the short (4 lines or less) ones had Rupi Kaur vibes, which isn't my thing because it feels more platitudinous, but the rest were gorgeous and brutal.

Unfortunately this wasn't for me. It felt like it was all over the place and some of the “poems” were several pages long and they sounded like ramblings to me. None of the poems stood out to me either.
