Birthing Justice

In a series of twelve first-person narratives, women tell us about their struggles for land reform and water rights, community control of education, access to healthcare, preservation of Native agriculture, and more. Through their stories and reflections, they express how their experiences as women – both in the United States and around the world – give them unique challenges and unique perspectives in pursuing these battles.
