After a mission-gone-bad vaporizes dozens of innocents, Oracle must rely on the unproven and unstable Black Alice to track down the extradimensional weaponry at fault. The trail leads to the computer geek haven of Platinum Flats, a strange underworld quietly building a metahuman techno-wizardry empire that could destroy the Birds of Prey.
