Why is the person on the cover white if Bianca is a Black woman?? Where's sense or logic???

I enjoyed this story and all the changes the author made to the fairytale. Instead of 7 dwarfs we have 7 friends, the Huntsman is the Prince, and the talking glass is a parrot. I liked it.
