Pretty good. Rereading.

Nicely written from a contempory point of view on management. Alas, I'm really not a fan of very hierarchical management and the mechanical view on organisations that this book takes for granted.

Excellent. Gives you lots of insight, if you are in mid-career person involved in so many structural things in an organization. Lots of cues.Importantly, enjoyable.

One of the best books on Engineering Management I have read for sure!
