All the lovely bad ones

Fantastic! I am 43 and I loved this story. Mary Downing Hawn is so good at breathing life into her characters, even the dead ones. I found myself smiling at times and actually feeling scared for the children at others. This book had just the right amount of “scary” for kids. It also has a good second meaning for those kids that get teased in school or put down by anyone. No one can make you feel bad unless you let them.

As usual...it could've been better. And it wasn't good. Sorry. I think I'm becoming a book snob from reading amazing long books. Whoops...
