After the Fall

I felt like I had to force myself to read this. I've heard so many good things about the later books, but King and Cress aren't my favourite. I got the gist of them from the prequel and appearances in other books.

I felt like the first half dragged, and then finally about 60% through we got new material and it was very dramatic.

The ending of it had me in a roller coaster of emotions needless to say.

It took me longer to start this one as it is the original couple again and I am not the biggest fan of Cressida. The ending and how it all comes out wasn't the greatest for me – it felt way over-dramatic. Also, most of the book takes place during book 3, so heads up, this series should be read in order.

I'm also really sick of listening to Cressida talk about Paradise Lost. She is an English teacher – she's gotta know more and care about more books than that one.
