Adirondacks: In Celebration of the Seasons

This portrait book is right up there with Carl Heilman's photo books of the same Adirondack Region. Mark is a great writer, his words to describe the region are phenomenal. This man is talented with photography and writing, and in this book he does a splendid job with both. My favorite part of the book is when he takes a picture of one scene at diffrent times, then puts them together so we can see the seasonal changes in one particular area! New York is beautiful, and this book will definitly make you want to visit there real soon! I visit the Adirondacks all the time, and in doing so am making a book myself. The history is special to me because it is where my family is from and still is! Its a diffrent way of life, and pictures are the best way to see!
