I've listed Lisa Harris as a favorite suspense writer for the past year, but this is the first of her romantic historicals I've tried. I really enjoyed it. Lidia is a young lady with a huge heart and a strong trust in God. Adam isn't afraid of hard work, and is ready to follow God's leadings, but he first has to forgive himself and the Polish race for his brother's murder.
Definitely a Christian read, with plenty of scriptures and living like God wants; also a romance without touchy freely gropy types of moments. Squeaky clean...would be suitable for younger teens.
