A Tree Grows in Brooklyn

This is a coming of age story. It is about reality and sadness, and pain, and yet hope, and courage, and full of wonder. As I stated , it is reality. Everyone should read this book. I want to share with my teenage granddaughters. They need to know that life isn't always fair, but it can be what you make it to be.
