A Poem for Every Day of the Year

No poetry anthology can have every poem in it be a banger. And in one like this, where there is a poem for every day of the year, there is a further restriction that each poem be under 2 pages.

There are some good ones in here, but most days I was uninspired by the selection. Also, pet peeve: songs included in poetry anthologies. I'm not a purist who thinks popular songs shouldn't be considered poetry. I think songs are meant to be sung, not read.

Doubt I'll ever read this book one poem/day at a time again, but will probably dip into it now and again.
