A Devil Incarnate

Willie Radkay's formative years growing up in the Strawberry Hill section of Kansas City, Kansas, spanned two World Wars, Prohibition, the Great Depression, and the Gangster Era. As a young man, Willie had no respect for any kind of law but his own. He survived numerous bank robberies, jail breaks, escapes, and gun battles - and still has six slugs in his body to remind him of being shot at by the police in 1934.
