It's Hay Lin's first day as a baby sitter, and by chance, she finds a magical boy! W.I.T.C.H. turns to Kandrakar for answers, and the new oracle, Yan Lin, says they are ready to share their knowledge with others.
Meanwhile, we find out that the leader of Takeshita, Mr.Takeda, seems to know about the W.I.T.C.H. girls and wants to eliminate all magic as revenge for his daughter's current condition.
