500 Miles from You

500 Miles from You is a very cute, somewhat light-hearted romance novel about two people who switch jobs for a couple of months. Lissa and Cormac are adorable characters who both feel like fish out of water in their swapped positions. Of course, they both eventually learn to love their new locations.

My biggest beef with this book is that there's a part where Cormac goes out with someone named Larissa on a date. It took me, I think, 3 different tries rereading this bit before I realized that Larissa and Lissa are two different people. It confused me way more than I want to admit, but I'm sure I'm not the only one who felt this way. Please don't name characters something so similar! All it does is confuse people.

All in all, cute story, cute book, and cute couple. There are no sex scenes in this book, for those of you that care. It's a nice PG-13 style read.
