It started off feeling like a bunch of nothing until it got to the point where they have to pretend not to know each other while working in the same studio because their relationship is a secret... I personally hate this because it's not like y'all can't be friends. Just don't be flirty with each other! That's only my only annoyance with this story and it's only set up that way to be a base for conflict. A base that wasn't needed because the conflict here could've happened beat for beat even if they just interacted with each other as "just friends".
So this whole book is this annoying underlined plot on top of whatever would push them to basically publicly state that they're dating. Sad, because when it's cute it's really cute.
