100 Cookies

I am honestly at a loss as to what to say about this one! It's just a most excellent cookbook, full of scrumptious cookie recipes. Beautiful to thumb through with gorgeous photos. A plethora of easy to follow recipes. I mean, it's COOKIES, what more can you ask for!

Okay, I mostly flipped through, looked at pictures, recipe names, and ingredients, so perhaps it isn't fair to say I read this one, but I'm counting it anyhow – especially since I want to find this again later. Honestly, I'm not a huge baker; I don't own flour or sugar or... well, anything for baking except 1 glass pan and a heavy rolling pin. Yet, this book has me itching to start baking like mad. I want to bake at least half, if not more, of the recipes listed. I totally plan on trying out one of the recipes sooner or later and if I end up liking it and can follow the recipe well, then I'll probably buy the book.

So, rating-wise, it is based on how it makes me want to cook, quality of pictures, and that the ingredients seem like things I can actually get ahold of.
Truly, I've never wanted a bigger, better kitchen than I do right now.... my one tiny piece of counter I can work with just won't cut it :(

Anyhow, if you like baking or even just like drooling over pictures of cookies, brownies, etc., then you should really check out this book.
