Anthology of short stories of varying parts of Marvel, a surprising amount of them take place during or after WW2. The stories are decent to good but don't expect anything cohesive. There's an over arching plot trying to tie them together but it's really weak.
But you're not here for the story, you're here for the art. Phenomenal art by Alex Ross and other artists. Some styles were too simplistic for my taste but a lot of it was really good and pretty to look at.

Got this for my bday, a photography book of Bowie ranging from 1971 to 1973 during his Ziggy Stardust era. A few interviews and reading near the beginning but most of the book is comprised of photos taken by Mick Rock.

Very hard read due to frequent usage of in-universe slang. It feels similar to modern day gen alpha brain rot slang and that makes it a slog to pick up. It's all told in first person by the main character so you don't get a break from it, I constantly kept thinking "What the fuck are you saying?" And that got on my nerves the more I read.
I respect the author and his impact on literature and movies but this is not for me, dropped after chapter 3.
