at least 30% of the contents will require repeated reading to understand the deep meaning in his words. I must confess he is a genius and very smart person. (Conclusion from what I understood from his readings).
30% u will understand easily and it is awesome to come across these writing.
Cant give less than five star. Such a superb collection of anecdotes and experiences of the author. He makes great connection of simple things of life to lessons for life.
It deserves at least 5 times read.
Dont take easier path, choose the one that takes you to your goals.
Dont just long for things because many people are longing for it. If it doesn't have any meaning for you, just give it a pass.
Dont ask someone How can i help, ask it to yourself and just do it. Do something that helps.

This is one of the most informative and probable time saver book for you.
Not just time saver, it makes your life way better by convincing you that you should not read or watch news.
Initially, you feel the topic is absurd, but you can absolutely trust the things being explained and can live a very good life if you follow these guidelines.
It doesn't say you should absolutely not read news, it gives practical ideas as to read only relevant news. “Relevance Costs Money”. If something you are getting for free, it wont be useful for you most of the time.
It is said that if you are not paying for the product, you are the product.
In case of news, you are the product whose attention and eyeball time is sold to advertisers.
This book is an eye opener for all of us.

Amazing book, must read for everyone from around the world. This book should be part of every physician's curriculum,
The book explains in simple language, effects of food on difference diseases. How to use which type of food for which type of diseases. Unfortunately we all are misguided by various industries into consuming various products which are extremely harmful for all of us and which should Ideally be stopped from our consumption menu. Apart from hurting animals mentally and physically, we are hurting our own health and longevity.
I read only two chapters so far. And i think every indian as well as the whole world should read this book. And its available for free on gutenberg. I will definitely recommend it to everyone. I want to spread this message to the whole world.

Dont go by reviews which says the book can be shorter without losing essential contents and bla bla.
Reviews can be witty but in no way it will reduce the importance and usefulness of reading the book.
If u skip the book based on such similar reviews there is no bigger loser than yourself. Highly recommended book it is.

I think Goodreads should give an option of ‘Dropped Book' along with standard options like Read, Currently-reading, etc.
A must must read book for everyone. It pretty much summarises a lot of things said on Happiness by various people, I appreciate because i got almost all the key contents in this book.
Just glance thru it. Doesn't have great contents. Once you get glimpse of what it wants to say, you can skip rest of the book
