Another great story with Mercy and Elvis and Troy and Susie Bear! Hoping there will be another book soon!
Another great Alex Cross story! So glad Jannie's injury is healing well. Nana Mama winning the lottery was very cool - but how much was it?!
Really interesting to hear about his life. The fact he grew up down the road from the Sheens was pretty cool. It did finish prior to 911 Lonestar so maybe he'll write another book from where this one finishes, lol. This was my first audiobook and I think hearing him reading it made it better. He has certainly lived a full life!
A great read. Some of the characters were likeable but some were not! I really liked how Jane and Louisa get introduced into the story. Reading the story from the 3 main characters point of view was interesting. Wish Jane had her own but was always pretty much part of Louisa's story.
Wow - this book had all the emotions! Was a hard read at the start and I wondered if I'd be able to keep going as it was very sad! I read this for a reading challenge prompt (WW1 book) and so glad I did! What the dogs went through to get the messages back to their masters from down the line was amazing!
I preferred this to the last one of his books I read, maybe because it had a happy ending. Bella had such a great adventure trying to find her owner who was many miles away. Just like in movies - the day before the owner was going to pick her up she ran away to try and find him. Big Kitten was awesome!
It was an enjoyable read. Patrick the ex-husband was an idiot! I do wonder why Jenny didn't recognise Rory if he was the spitting image of Corin?
It was a cute story and predictable but I really enjoy all this authors stories based in Italy!
Wow - M is back on the loose! Can't wait to read the next book now. Now how to work it into one of my reading challenge prompt?!
An enjoyable fun read. I liked the characters - especially Thimble!
Looking forward to the next book in the series!
A cute story with a predictable ending. It jumped back in forth in time at the start so you got to know the reason she left her job as an au pair and went home. After that it's is all in present day. I would like to read more of her books.
Very wordy for such a short story - felt like it could have had less words! It was very slow. I did feel sad for the main character. I can't believe it has been made in to a movie! Only read it for a reading challenge I'm doing - won't be in my to read again pile!
I was shocked when one of the characters died - did not see that coming at all!
I thought it was another good read, although sad!
I loved this story and so pleased there are other books in the series. It jumps back in forward in time but it needs to so you can learn about the characters. Gave me Lucinda Riley vibes so I'm definitely going to read more of her books. Not just the others in the series but her historical wartime fiction as well.
Entertaining read - was interesting to read of the covid lock experience in her diary! Read it for a reading challenge for the prompt - based in a small town.
Another great story in the series. Liked all the characters except for one of them at the very end - if you read it you'll know who I mean!
Really enjoying the books I've read by this author. The twist near the end I didn't see coming but pleased that all the characters were mostly going to live happily ever after.
It was an interesting story! I'm a huge fan of singing competitions so I liked the storyline. I wish she had of come clean about her past sooner but at least it all worked out in the end.
This was a cute story and I thought the hamster was a great addition. I read it for a reading challenge I'm doing. Genre I don't usually read which could be either science fiction or younger readers. Would have given it 3.5 if I could.
It was OK but a bit too slow for me. Felt like it didn't get exciting until about three quarters of the way into it. Could have even been 50 pages shorter. I read it for a reading challenge I'm doing.
Another great story in the series. The ending left it open for another book so that's good. I keep wondering if each book will be the last one!
