it was good, but i think i had high expectations, and the book just didn't meet them

this was so cute, i really really liked it. sometimes it felt like some football related aspects were a bit off and it confused me a little bit, but i don't know if it was for the way they were written or because the author just didn't fully understand them.
i loved the characters and the plot, i wish some relationships were a bit more developed and even some more depth to some characters. some of the few things i didn't enjoy very much was the implication of mason and grace possibly getting together, and the fact that sebastian and willie never got to talk or just have a deeper conversation. the writing was repetitive at times, but none of these bothered me TOO much

the haunting of hill house series is brilliant and one of my favourite horror shows, but i never knew it had been inspired by a book. i was reading 'you should be so lucky' by cat sebastian and the characters mention this book and i just had to read it.

honestly, it was very confusing and i really liked it. when i first started reading it, i skipped the introduction written by laura miller cause i didn't really want to be spoiled; but once i finished it, i had to go back and read it, and it definitely adds to everything.

i have so many thoughts and no way of knowing how to express them, but this was an experience and i definitely recommend it

loved the reveal and i really enjoyed the game as a whole, but seeing everyone's future was so underwhelming. i didn't think it was necessary for everyone to stay connected like that especially turtle and theo like ?

i think i had some trouble getting into the book at the beginning, but god it was amazing! the whole story and the unexpected plot twists! amazing!
