I can't believe how the ending went! Such a strong way to end a book. It really makes me want to know how it goes.
This was an excellent story that involved something I didn't think I would find interesting and scary. It has the perfect creepiness as well that just gets you hooked. And it's based off of Edgar Allen Poe, what more could you want?!
This book had fun reading this book. I really liked Alex because I found him to relatable. It had a creepy vide to it that I found entertaining.
This book was really fun to read and I didn't expect it to also be really funny. I was smitten with how protective Ren is over Amelia. It was a great time. Be warned no plot and it just focuses on their relationship. Either way, it's a nice ride.

I wish that I could get my hands on the second book so that I could know what happens next. I really loved all of the characters and how they all had their own quirks about each other but all obsessed about the FMC. I especially loved Malice.
I can't believe the twist at the end! I was never expecting it and I kind want to know what the other book are about.
The first time I have heard of this was the 2013 movie edition and I loved it so much. It was poetically beautiful and I loved how it was written. It did feel slow at times but the ending made up for it.

Honestly this book left me so surprised but in a good way. I loved the characters and the storyline. I especially love Kingfisher just because of his personality and the way he talks to people. The things that he says sometimes make me smitten. I also loved Searis because of her stubbornness and bravery. Also girlie can fight! The plot was amazing as well as the world-building. The spice was immaculate. I can't wait for the second book!
