this quickly became one of my new favorite books. once I roughly hit 100 pages, I couldn't put it down and I was hooked! it's been a long time since I've read a book that held me so tightly. I loved the plot, characters, beginning middle and end. can't say enough good things about it!
I don't have the thoughts onwards to describe what this story had done to me .. powerful, so powerful. beautiful and terrible, just like life.
wasn't a fan of this at all. characters were annoying, didn't like the writing, predictable with “who did it” .. i probably won't read anything by this author because a number of things bothered me with this book. only pro is there's recipes in the back of the book & i enjoy cooking. only reason for a star
was very happy to have gotten the chance to read this book with all the controversy surrounding it. I loved the deeper message within the story-you have to read it to understand. it's a shame people had to take this to other levels. really enjoyed characters and “getting it on” if you know, you know. if not, you should read it 👍🏼
this was a crazy ride. seemed predictable at first, then you thought you knew, but you had no idea. then the ending is just, damn. I enjoyed the story, held me from beginning to end and almost binged it in 1 day.
death race(without the cars), meets Rob Zombies 31, meets hunger games, probably more to call out on. this was okay. I almost didn't finish but wanted to know the end result. a little predictable, a little surprising. meh.
