The economics sections spoiled the book for me. She constantly admits not knowing stuff about economics and it shows. It should've remained an essay. Quite repetitive and boring.

The book is so nice to hold. Read it bc I was feeling bad, not sure if I feel better now that I completed it. Wish I was a boy growing up.

I know i will return to this book over and over again. Thank you Glennon Doyle. Whoever on tiktok said to not trust the cover and actually read this, thank you too mwah

One of the BEST characterizations since forever! The characters felt so real to me!!

I enjoyed reading this book. It felt like latent anxiety, everything was building up like a tower made of blocks balanced on the edge, or a tightrope walker🤹🏽

I just finished it and the most memorable aspect of it were the characters - although it felt like a lot to keep up with at first, i have an idea of how theyre like and what they look like in my head!! I That's a remarkable thing to achieve because usually I just end up dnf-ing books with too many characters.

I think youd enjoy this book if ur a uni student who is interested in the perspectives of introverted characters, college friend groups, general dorm drama, growing up, questionable choices etc.

It was fun :) my librarian recommended it to me. I couldn't guess who it was lol. [Spolier-ish: Ending seemed a bit haphazard but it left me a bit unsatisfied]. I decided not to think much abput this book because I would definitely find plothokes because 1. Tell me more abput Harper? Strict parents, okay but like?¿ what else lmao 2. Explain the plan? 3. If he loved his mother so much why kill her???
