Great fairytale retelling! Read it all in one sitting.
It has so many things I love; a forbidden slow-burn enemies to lovers romance, forced proximity and an original and creative retelling of ‘The Little Mermaid' ( more like what happens after the happily ever after.)
Highly recommend.
I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
An overall fun read.
Ember in The Mist is the first book in a new Christian fantasy series geared towards a younger audience (think preteen or early teens).
Overall, I enjoyed the premise of this book and loved the continual motivational/positive message.
An easy and fun read that will keep you entertained.
Thank you Brendilynn Mantey-Annor for the ARC copy (received in exchange for an honest review).

Really beautiful, bold and interesting artwork that really immersed me in this cyber punk world.
My only complaint about the artwork is it's a bit blurry at times, but as I read an ARC copy I'm going to assume this will be fixed before release.
A quick and easy read. However, the storylines are a bit confusing at times.
Overall, this was a really interesting sci-fi commentary on what could become our future world and one that will leave you thinking about it long after finishing reading.
If you like Cyberpunk 2055 or just cyberpunk in general, I definitely recommend picking this one up.

A really interesting YA sci-fi retelling of “Pride and Prejudice”.
I love a good retelling and this one didn't disappoint.
Honestly, this is probably the most unique P&P retelling I've read.
The story is set in a futuristic space world where “Lizzie” wants to be a pilot and needs Mr. Darcy to help her.
This book was enjoyable and fast-paced and I was able to read it all in one sitting.
The world building was very interesting.
However, other than our main station, Meryton V, we didn't get much more information other than names.
The romance was a sweet hate-to-love romance, with great banter and no spice.
A few of the characters are gender swapped from the original, and there are some unique name changes.
Overall, a fun retelling that follows the main plot points pretty close, all the while changing just enough to make the story seem fresh and new.
A poetry collection focused on 4 different mental health topics: anxiety, depression, eating disorders and healing.
A very raw and insightful collection of poems.
A book that will make you feel less alone in the world.
Highly recommend.
Thank you Netgalley for the ARC in exchange for an honest review.
A really interesting anthology collection of poetry.
It is always hard to review poetry, as my opinion varies greatly depending on the poem.
There are inevitably some poems I enjoyed more than others and, of course, there were a few I really wasn't fond of.
However, overall, this is a really good collection focusing on the beauty of living and enjoying the world around us.
A great collection to read when you feel like you need to rest and just marvel at the world we live in.
Thank you Netgalley for an ARC in exchange for an honest review.
Really interesting read.
A unique gender-swapped Eros and Psyche fantasy romance retelling with an arranged marriage, Egyptian lore and full of mythological influences. Overall, a really wonderful story with two powerful main characters.
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
A delightful historical romance that will grip you from the beginning.
This book was full of things I love:
Historical Romance
Dual POV
Sweet, Slow-Burn Romance
Opposites Attract
An Intriguing Plot
Beautiful Setting
Overall, I really enjoyed this story and I really wish it was longer, so the characters and backstory could have been fleshed out more.
Hopefully, we will get more books set in this world.
Thank you Netgalley for the ARC copy.
An interesting historical fiction showing the prairie settler experience in Canada.
An overall, fascinating read, full of interesting characters and strong women.
I recommend it if you really enjoy reading historical fiction set in the prairies.
Thank you Netgalley for the copy.

Pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed this book!

A Sea of Tranquility is easily one of my favourite reads of the year so far. It's hard to explain why I loved it so much without spoiling everything.
However, I can tell you that I am an absolute sucker for a book with intertwining storylines. So, even though the book started off slow for me, the moment all the different storylines started to interconnect I knew this was going to be a new favourite.
Highly recommend.

Absolutely loved this! What a wonderful conclusion! I wish this series could last forever

I read all the negative comments after I purchased this book, so I didn't think I was that excited to read it anymore. I thought I had just wasted my money. However, I loved this book! I don't exactly know what drew me in so much but when I picked it up on Saturday night I couldn't stop reading. more to come...

Pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed this book. I can't wait to start the next one.
I actually ended up liking this book, I have read so many negative reviews that I surely thought I would not enjoy it but I have. It was a cute little story, that I will admit is not for everyone, however I quite enjoyed it.
