Good book which gives some insight into Steve Jobs life. The book really tries to be impartial but it is seems to me that at times the author is too fond of Steve Jobs. He does not paint a picture of a perfect Steve Jobs but some situations could have been judged differently by a more impartial author.
The author clearly put a lot of effort into the book and I feel like I almost know Steve Jobs after reading it. The author is of course clearly helped by the fact that Steve Jobs lived a very interesting life.
I really enjoyed reading this series of books, I bought the first one in the series after hearing a lot about it in the media. After finishing the first one I had to buy and read this one.
I like the characters in the story and the sometimes surprising twists in the story.
I really enjoyed this trilogy, I started with this book after reading a lot about it in the media. I liked the book so much that I had to buy the other two books in the series.
I liked the book although I think too much time was spend explaining the events leading up to the capture of the city. The book did not spend a great deal of pages describing the retaking of the city and the time after.
The Author did do a great job of giving detailed descriptions of the battles and the book is action packed.
I enjoyed this book and find it a nice conclusion to a great trilogy. The characters in the series are great and some of the turns the story took really surprised me.
I started reading the series after hearing a lot of talk about it in the media.
Really enjoyed this book. A huge intricate story with a lot of different complex characters. Excellent book though it can at times be difficult to follow the story especially if the book is left alone for a couple of weeks.
A great book that is short and precise, I will have to read the rest of the books in the series.
I really enjoyed the series. The last one, the prequel, was not as good as the others I felt.
Very interesting account of the horrific season on Everest. I had heard about the season before but not in the very personal details that the book presents.
Good book about an interesting topic a bit before my time.
Only gripe is that it only covered the “downfall” of Segas console adventures very briefly.
Bought this book by coincidence in the bookstore, I am glad I did as I really enjoyed the book. Normally I read a lot of science fiction and space books, so it was nice to read something more down to earth.
