great book about vanity and the impact of moral failings on our lives. i felt like this book was really modern despite of it’s age, and shows how the lives of rich queer people stays similar through the ages. the intrigue is fast paced but never rushed, a nearly perfect book. ( sorry for my english i’m francophone)
