I'm still figuring out if this is a children's book or not but either way it's an amazing book with a lot of illustrations of Château-Gaillard and its siege!!
The siege is very well explained, has a lot of details about it and even explains various fun facts about how sieges worked.
The book is very interactive, having unfoldable pages and little books (the Diary of Roger de Lancy) telling how the history of Gaillard happens.

Woah!! Incrível 😍 fiquei apaixonado logo pelo início, e em muitas partes, principalmente no fim, foi muito difícil parar de ler!! Identifiquei-me tanto com certos momentos e partes até chorei. Adorei, principalmente, a maneira como todos os acontecimentos e expressões são descritos!!

Se há um livro que devia ter a sua evolução para os grandes ecrãs é este!! E estou cá se precisares de ajuda Elisabete 😘 que grande escritora 🖤

Gostei bastante do livro, apenas achei o texto muito “poético”, em certas partes perdia-me por completo nos parágrafos e muitas das vezes nem entendia o que o autor escreveu. Em relação às fotografias, gosto do projecto do Gastão mas sinto que precisas de mais fotos dos mesmo lugares e com cores. Também achei que as legendas podiam ter ficado ao lado das fotografias.
