This book, as the title suggests, explores the concept of consistency, going beyond simple advice like showing up daily, maintaining discipline, and persevering. It delves into the scientific principles that underpin consistency.

I have come to understand the significance of community in fostering consistency. I have always preferred working 'solo', but this book has offered me a new perspective. I no longer believe "I should go it alone," but rather, "I need to find the right community, or if necessary, create one."

There's also one part that discusses how money isn't everything. Why is not a good grand "why" of consistency? In fact, it might even hinder your productivity.

It was a lengthy discussion between the author and her psychiatrist. I admire the author's courage in sharing her stories and vulnerabilities with the public, as it allows others to connect with her lessons and learn from her experiences. However, I have reservations, and I would rate it with 2 stars because I perceive certain aspects differently, and some issues might have alternative solutions that I find more effective.

This book primarily focuses on the art of public debate, not only on how to participate but also on how to win. The goal is not only to persuade the opposing side but also to captivate the audience.

While facts and statistics are essential for discerning truth from falsehood, the reality is that people often prioritize the impact and excitement of an argument. They are drawn to the most compelling and engaging presentation, seeking to be entertained and inspired. Therefore, as Mehdi suggests, incorporating pathos, or emotional appeal, is also important. I appreciate how Noah Kagan presents business in a way that emphasizes starting small, even with the smallest possible steps. It's true that successful companies rarely emerge overnight; they typically begin with humble beginnings. While a 1000 dollars might seem significant, what about just one dollar? Could it get any simpler than that? It's all about taking baby steps.

I also find the principle of identifying a business purpose by solving a problem in your own life to be particularly insightful. If it benefits you, it's likely to benefit others as well.

This is a story about a child who overcame adversity, growing up in a difficult family and experiencing bullying that led to self-doubt and decided to escape reality. He considered living a life of deception, as many others do, but ultimately chose to fight. This struggle shaped him into the person he is today. While some may see his approach as self-destructive, I finds him to be an inspiration.

There's a chapter discussing a "jar of failure," a method for collecting and processing insults. This concept was new to me, and I find it really useful
