i only really like this book because i really really like jazz

too short,, i think eottias is still myfavourote but i enjoy the satirisation of this one the most,,.... paced well still clever and the final scene is really fun

cant tell if i enjoy this one more or its sequel. same issues of pacing but still clever and enjoyable if not a little predictable with the main plot ending. fun to read about loser men scrambling about much cooler women

i liked the prose and it was clever ebough that i want to read the first book as well but its also a little bit like that one thing peter griffin said that one time. moved too fast at the end for my personal taste but it tied very neat bows around all the plot points
