unhinged characters, intriguing story, but what made me stay up late reading and giggling was the ridiculous nihilistic FMC, her inner commentary and sidekicks
yes there were weird bits in the plotline but it was a fun ride, need the next boooook
first finished read of the year, and woah what an experience it was. its not a book that i wanted to run through but rather savor and stop at certain points to reflect, up to the ending that made me cry and feel a bit hopeful. the book explores topics such as sexism, racism and how everyones truth is just a bit different. characters were masterfully fleshed out and intricate magic system was a delight to unravel at a great pacing.
keep running, and to hope

loved the fresh, mature and original story, but was not particularly a fan of the writing itself. the ending dragged a little bit, but while reading few remaining percents and thinking that no tears would be shed for the book, last chapter came and broke me ;')
