Deep and emotional, focusing on introspective as Individuals driven by guilt and trying their best. 

Tense, reflective novel on mass incarceration and neo-slavery in America.  Dystopian, but not that far from the truth. You really learn to emphasize with the characters and try understand their sense of self and how it's stripped away by violence. 

Dark, grim, and frankly just creepy medieval folk horror.  

A little slow at times, but a good read.  

Dark, thoughtful and a bit slow to start. Overall proactive and introspective book on mental health and recovery. 

Easy read, fun sci-fi but not particularly challenging or thought provoking. A bit on the nose.
