This is easily my favorite read this year. Just a breeze. Funny and smart, and I couldn't wait to see where it was going.

I wasn't terribly engaged in this one. It took a while to get through, even though I was listening to the audiobook. I thought it was just OK. I'm not sure if I'll read the rest of the series, but I may.

Made me laugh, made me cry, made me think. A memoir and a self help book in one. Loved it.

I enjoyed the story enough, but (this being an audiobook) I wish the female reader did the whole thing. I hated the male reader's female voice. It reminded me of the fake female voices in White Chicks.

Explains some missing puzzle pieces from the other Wild Cards books I've read.

Really cute art and the beginnings of a good story. Not much happens yet but we'll see where it goes in the next volume..

I finally feel like the story might be getting somewhere. Plus, I read the book this time rather than scrolling through the WEBTOON. Flipping through the book was more enjoyable.

Some really cute comics. I laughed out loud at several of them.

Finally!! An exciting return to form. So much spookier and more satisfying in 34 pages than the show ever was.

“Oh what a beautiful morning!”

Another excellent book by Scalzi. Very fun and, dare I say, the only truly essential pandemic pop culture.

Wasn't all that into the story. 3*

The art is just phenomenal. A lovely way to read the Greek myths.

Every recipe I've made of Carla's is better than the last. I love her advice on substations. It makes me more confident in the kitchen even when I'm not making something of hers. Love love this book.

Second story in the dispatcher universe. Another good story although I liked the first one better. Great performance from Zachary Quinto.

Very cute but very short. Some of the art is so beautiful I want it on my wall.

Starts off silly and cute but hits some real depths (pun intended). Ends up being sweet and slightly emotional.

“Fear and superstition are weapons far more terrifying than rifles and bombs. Even in a world where the strangest events can occur, anxiety and bland beliefs foster violence.”

Ain't that the truth! Beautiful art and great story. I look forward to reading more from this author.

I didn't get this at all. I really am left with so many questions. The drawing was good. I don't really have much else to say.
