A collection of related short stories, it's amazing that the first of these were written 29 years before man walked on the moon! That said it was a little dated and hard to read at times.

Is this a good book, question? Amaze!

I've read several similar books and been a long term follower of MMM so was not expecting to find much new in here. But I was wrong. I'll be looking into the following having read this:
* Modern Portfolio Theory
* Capital Gains Harvesting
* Cash Cushion & Yield Shield - the authors own terms for a method to guard the 4% rule against drawdowns in a bear market.

2.5 stars, didn't hate it, but found it dragged in places and the frequent “piece to camera” style and Deus ex machina were a bit grating.

I wish GoodReads allowed half stars
