Had higher expectations for this book. The content seems pretty dated on a variety of fronts especially when it comes to diversity in the workplace.

I was disappointed in some of the labels and language of this book. As an example ... “dinosaur managers” was used as a counter example of how one should not lead.

Excellent book. Annie Duke does a great job framing decision making through the lens of uncertainty. Bringing in the mindset and perspective of a power player adds to the richness of the content and insights.

A good read that still has relevancy. There are a lot of short chapters but each has valuable content when it comes to providing insights on how you can become remarkable.
