Very good intro into Stoicism. Definitely a philosophy of life worth trying. A lot of practical insights that you can take to improve your life, I like a lot of Negative Visualisation, that gives meaning to the quote: “Live every day as it was your last”.

For us, humans, change is perhaps the most difficult challenge since we left our nomadic life. We tend to create the illusion that things will be the same forever.
This book helps change that perception and it does it in a small, easy to read format (about 1h read).

I've listened to The power of Habit by Charles Duhigg and was amazed by habits. How we are made of habits and do them so automatically. Habits will compound if choose good ones and leave bad ones, I got this knowledge but ended up not knowing how to apply.
This is where atomic habits excels, it gives you a framework to gain good habits and to loose bad ones. What a wonderful book.

It's full of good anecdotes. Like firing DHH ( Ruby on Rails creator ), I found that connection to be very nice.
The founders are Danish and they started the company in Copenhagen and later moved to San Francisco.

I loved this quote and I think it was the key of the book. That relationships are the heart of a good business.
