My first thoughts were “oh? a faux Will & Grace?”
But this book is so much more than that.
It explores what it means to be a friend, to be a lover, and mostly importantly, what does it mean to be yourself?
Harriet and Wyn stressed me out REAL BAD.
But, they're cute or whatever. A good book to read during the weekend.
This was a cute story! I fell in love with every single character in the book, they're all there for a reason! I loved how it showcased that your environment can and will shape your views on life, live, & relationships. And ultimately in the end shows that only your thoughts should matter. Sometimes the POV was a little confusing so that's why I gave this book a 4/5, however, it's such a sweet love story that everyone can learn from & enjoy. I always remember & cherish these characters.
I picked this book up because I was a fan of the author's previous book “Cinderella is Dead”, and this seemed like a no brainer. If you're a fan of magic and Greek mythology this is your kind of book. The book left me spooked, but then again I am a scary cat lol. It had twists and turns and a plot twist, but I do wish that the speed was a tad bit faster. Overall, it was a good book and I'm waiting for the next installment of the series.
a quick read BUT, my GOD does everyone in this book suck. LMFAOOOO, like they're all EVIL I'm sorry.
As a Disney Princess fan, I was lured in by the title. I wasn't expecting the book to be as good as it was! The plot and characters were soooo good, and the shocking reveal at the end was great! I especially love the representation of black characters in this book! I highly recommend, it was my favorite book of 2021.
This is my least favorite book of the series. Coming from Wattpad, this book just was all over the place. The beginning of the book should've been the ending of the first. Tessa and Cole's relationship never really progressed, and it just seems way too immature for them to act the way that they do.
I loved this series on WattPad when I was in college, this book is the best book of the series. However, I didn't like how the author split the Wattpad version into books...the ending wasn't done right in this book. It's still a good read tho!
I decided to read the manga because I love the anime...the first volumes were kind of dragging but I think this one picks up the pace. Also, there's some thing in this volume that explains things better than the anime. I really enjoyed this volume and can't wait to finish the next one.
okay, I see why Dolly wanted to put hands on Jolene!
jk jk jk! but, it is a fun book. it makes you wonder if spending your life at a job you hate is even truly worth it (this is not legal advice). it also makes you question if YOU are also to blame for hating your job? are you the reason why the office sucks, are you the ANTI-HERO?! a good read and a nice tug on your heart. oh? and it's #TEAMCliff4eva
ok, bye!

the best thing about life is learning that you're able to become your true self whenever you're ready, who knew that it would be at someone else's wedding?
This book was horrible.
I felt like the characters were insufferable (only good when they were being downright MESSY). There were serious topics that weren't touch on correctly (I.e. race & police brutality).
The author attempted to write a “woke” book about a biracial man but fell flat. Nothing about this book is relatable to the black experience and had me question why was the book given the green light?
I cringed at the book lightly brushing on racism and how nonchalant the MC was once it was displayed.
The book wanted to be “different” and it came off cringey. And tbh, I cannot even tell you what the plot of the book was.
