A masterpiece in tension and consistent good pacing throughout. Intricate characters.

Not as good as a primate's memoir. Not fully detailed on biology of glucocorticoids. However, entertaining and informative.

Gives you an understanding of the American judicial system and the politics involved. Great character and place portrayals.

The narrator's own story is not the most interesting but he's perfectly placed and well able to tell the story of cycling's early 2000s doping with colour. The best cycling book so far from the dozen I've read.
