This book was amazing (in my opinion.
I loved the characters. The protagonist was great. The love interest wasn't a jerk. The bromance was awesome.
I loved the plot.
I just loved the story overall.

Wow! This was really good! I finished it in one day! That basically NEVER happens. But anyways I really enjoyed this book and recommend it.

Yes! I absolutely loved this. I'm so happy that Iko has a story that focuses mainly on her!

Wow! This was really good I can't wait too read the next one, I hope it will be as good as this one. I always wanted a book in The Lunar Chronicles that follows Iko, and with this I got just that. I loved getting too see Iko be the star of the book and look forward too more books in this new spin off series of T.L.C.

This series is off to a pretty good start, I'm liking it so far!

I did not like either of the main characters, by the 17% mark, I should have at least started connecting to them, but I felt nothing for Lore and was frequently annoyed by Bastian. Perhaps I am the problem, but I felt like I was being talked down to in this book with the frequent pauses to describe what being trans/nonbinary, or having adhd/dyslexia are like. I also just wasn't enjoying the execution of the lake plotline despite thinking it was a cool concept when picking up the book.

I just love this series so much.

I can't wait to read the next one!
