I read this in one sitting. Unable to put it down. It was surprisingly dark and twisty. Murder, Cult, BSDM, secret clubs, and a podcast.
Shay goes back to her College Town to uncover the truth about why one of her old best friends would commit suicide.
It was thrilling, lots of twists and turns leaving me wanting more. THE darkness of some of the writing. Was so dark. THE END!!!!! What a read.
I think I liked it more than the first. The drama, the build up, the baby. I cried at the sweet moments. Here is one of my favorite quotes from the book.
“Then here's another truth. I'm going to take them. I'm going to take all of your bests. Every damn one until you cant keep track of the top five anymore because there are so many bests that you'll need a hundred to capture them all.”
“Promise?” I whispered.
“I swear it.”

I liked the aspects of over coming trauma. Zade being there for Adeline. ❤️
I want to know more about the side characters!!!!!! Very interesting! I will be reading the book about Molly.
Lots of triggers, rape, cutting, and sex trafficking. Which was 40 to 50 percent of the book.

I loved it. It was the perfect amount of thrill and relationship drama.
Its about a 10 year High school Reunion. It is at Hotel Lilith which holds terrible memories for Cait Du Bois. The darkest night of her life happened within its walls.
You get past and present timelines. All comes together at the end, and I didn't see it coming.

It's very long and starts out really good. Family friend group since they were kids. Very tight knit. Lots of drama, love triangle, no cheating.
I loved Noah, so much. He was the best, mature, moma's boy and beautiful. Best character in the book!
“I'm inlove with her and if Im right, which I hope to hell Ism, shes on her way to loving me right back.
If she could, I'd need nothing else.
Just her.”
Lots of chaos in the last 20% of the book. I really liked it till then. Just really long and then alot if crazy stuff happened at the end. But ending was good, and I love an epilogue.

What the heck was that ending? I need more plot wrapped up. I need more of the mom and father explanations, and less birthday celebrations and new characters.
I loved Cam and felt he had more depth than most characters so far. I hope everything gets wrapped up in the next book.

I got more answers and character development! I love it, the storyline has me wanting to know more! The cliffhanger ending has me down loading the next book!
I need to know more!!!!! Im beginning to see the chemistry between Reid and Valerie!

This would of been a perfect fall read. Corn Mazes, haunted houses, candy apples, and mini donuts. It was thrilling and had many different perspectives. Felt like a slasher movie in a novel.
It didnt give me the heart pumping anxiety her other book did, Run On Red, or a scary movie did but overall a good read.

This book writing was hard to get into but eventually it started flowing for me. The book constantly discusses brands of clothing and I feel its unnecessary the amount its done. Like its giving Gossip Girl vibe but too much explaining.
Magnolia and Baxter James aka BJ. Lots of back and forth relationship miscommunication. Just when you think they are going to be together something happens.
Magnolia grows on you, her sister Bridget, is my favorite. She's precious, protective, and blunt sister!
The group of friends grows on you too, there is a lot of names thrown at you but eventually you learn who is who. I look forward to the next books.

I loved loved it. River and Jess. River is so sweet. I loved him. There first kiss was intense and in-front a room of people.
“Surely he could feel her heart scaling her windpipe. He didn't seem to remember there was anyone else in the room.”
I found Jess so relatable, worrying about missing out on experiences because of her age. Caring for her grandparents and daughter. Juno, her daughter is adorable and I love all the child interactions.
Lots of science talk but a great forced proximity romance.

It was very fast paced. It draws you in, Heather, is a young women, suddenly a mother of 2 bratty teens on a vacation with her new husband. Things go wrong and it turns into a big survival adventure, with snakes, murder, ants, spiders, limited water, and food.
It was a great thriller. Im not visiting Australia ever.

I loved it. Slow burn, Friends to lovers, and very spicy.
“You're wonderful, and I love you. Okay, you stupid Idiot? So when you've done some thinking and pulled your head out of your stubborn ass, come and find me. You're worth the wait.”
Hannah and Fox built each other up and it felt so real, working on each others self esteem and trauma. I loved the epilogue. Epilogues are my favorite.
Some parts we're slow it reminded me a lot of ACOTAR, training and Auren getting stronger. But the last 20% was the best. Very fast paced and had me wanting more at the end. Great ending.
5/5 star.
I loved it. Laurel Snow is a badass FBI agent who is smart, funny, and relatable. There was even interesting side characters Huck, Kate, Deidre, and Abigail.
It was a thrilling read, I couldn't put it down. There was mystery, spice, romance, funny moments and growth. This book really had it all. I can't wait to read the next one.

Murders or Accidents? Suspenseful, and keeps the pages turning.
An Island with lore of bad things happening, with a new hotel retreat to bring guests in. Guest are disappearing and Detective Elin is on the case with her new partner Steed.

I loved it. I loved Corvina, and the gothic setting. A dark mysterious castle on the mountain. There is mentions of mental illness, but done in a non offending way. I liked it.
The romance with Vad was steamy, and mysterious. The romance had many tropes like Forbidden, possessive, and Student x Professor.

“Be brave. Just for sixty seconds. Twenty breaths.
It took every ounce of my courage to return to the small town I fled all those years ago. But I should've known he'd hate me. How could he not when my father's blood still runs through my veins?”
Everly's dad did something bad and she's held a lot of
guilt for it. The backstory is really interesting and surprisingly thrilling. Everly was raised in a Cult like Militia group that causes her a lot of trauma.
Hayes and Everly work on there trauma together and fall in love. This book focuses on Family, understanding, grief, and trauma.
I liked if, but one part that wasn't clear, was Jacey, her older sister? Didn't check on her, Or didn't state if they had the same dad. But otherwise great book.
5 STARS!
Once I started reading it, I couldn't put it down.
“How Many wives and girlfriends need to disappear before your family notices?”
It was so good. Very thrilling, and you want to know more immediately. I'd read a second book about the aftermath. I really liked Elisa and felt so bad for her that everyone was gaslighting her. I actually cried when when she felt defeated after an argument with her husband. Elisa is a survivor of trauma, a good mom and friend.

I love it. It gives Vampire Academy with witches and more magic. I liked how fast past it was and the story. Valerie is a like able character, she's exhausted student trying to make it. I don't feel any slow burn or romance happening yet. Hopefully in the next book.
I just needed more something. I think I needed more explanations on how things work. More world building and character development.
In this book you see the rose colored glasses that Auden wears come off and she becomes her own person. Auden chooses herself. Similar in ways to the ACOTAR series.
Loved all the spice and the ending.
