A very fast read - I enjoyed this unique story a lot. I like that the ending wasn't predictable, but wasn't out of left-field either.

Nothing amazing but it held my attention, and it had an interesting twist. I enjoyed it overall!

This was a hard but excellent read, You can't help feeling disgusted, but transfixed by the story. I like that everything didn't resolve neatly in the end.

I LOVED this book, and I don't usually like romance novels. This was so much more. I felt transported into these people's minds and lives. I just loved the whole thing. So smart and real.

A super quick one! I read this in one day. It wasn't anything spectacular, but a solid thriller.

This was a miss for me. I only liked one of the characters and I didn't understand the mother at all. Eh.

Listened to this audiobook in one day! Overall I really enjoyed it - it took a little bit because of the nature of listening to it vs reading it to remember all the various characters, but once I got that down, I liked learning about each one of them. The payoff at the end was not the best...it didn't really fit with the rest of the novel. Maybe there could have been more build-up or breadcrumbs left in the rest of the book to make it feel more connected. Because otherwise it ended up feeling disjointed.

This one didn't move fast enough for me. Not enough plot for how long it was, and I ended up confused about the differing stories going on. It was just OK.

I would have given this book a full 4 stars if not for the very hard to follow back and forth of time perspectives in the writing. It would jump between timelines frequently and without warning (no headers, etc.). Other than that I enjoyed it, but that part was so distracting.

This book was jarring and complicated - difficult to follow at times. But I did want to stick it out to see how it would resolve. Ultimately worth it - the ending was good (thankfully).

Absolutely loved this family drama! It had the right amount of mystery to keep me guessing, but was really effective in bringing me into the characters minds. My favorite was Covey - such an amazing character.
