I liked the story structure of this. The artwork and the words helped to pull us through time and to see history from a new perspective. I would like to reread this and see what I missed the first time.

I was skeptical when I started the book, but by the end I was hooked. I enjoyed discovering more about the people Muderbot was protecting. I also liked learning about the world through Murderbot as well. And the end was more emotional than I expected. So this novella was more than I expected.

I loved the creepy house vibes. The mysterious relationship with the mom was good. The reason for the dad's absence was obvious, but there managed to be a twist with that. The ending and character development was disappointing, but that is just my preference.

I loved the mixing of fairy tales! Greta had good growth throughout the book. Rob was a good father figure. Hans came around. The gross men didn't become violent which I appreciated. The ‘battle' at the end was so good. The betrayer twist was amazing! It was so good.

I loved seeing Damian in this one. He is really developing into a good character.
Yuri is the worst, but he is a little less worst in this one.

I wanted a quick English manor thriller and this was all of that. The twist came halfway through and then we saw the characters go trough an aftermath 30 years later. That added something unexpected in a thriller novella.

I loved seeing Yan grow into who she can be. I also liked seeing that battling mental illness is not always a linear thing. You have highs and lows. Some good days, months, years and some bad. This book really portrayed that well.

What a crazy mission for Nightfall and Twilight! And Anya just keeps trying to help out her Dad and make friends with Damian.

Yuri and Nightfall!! What are Forager's going to do?

Anya and puppies!! I don't need to say anything else.

I loved the way Samantha learned that she was more than she thought and she had more support than she thought. The investigation and beating the bad guy were good. The reveal of the bad guy was not exactly what I wanted, but it didn't really detract from my enjoyment

So good! Real stories from real people with just the right amount of details. We get a real sense of how their brains work. It is amazing.

The artwork and illustrations were immaculate. The battle and betrayal storylines were well done. The romance, friendship, and other relationships felt a little forced.
