Loved the book although I have already implemented many of his tips.

Perfect book for reasoning with and persuading others. Book concentrates largely on salespeople but others can draw a lesson, too.

Quickly read and unfortunately not much I could make use of.

Many valuable tips but I've already read about many of them in other books. Tips also seem to be repetitive in many places.
