In that sense this novel is a blank slate. Read it, and lay your own half waking dream rambling over it. Good times.

Fantastic. I think I may need to read it again though. Which I don't see as a problem at all.

What a fun little novella. To anyone who can't realize this is an author using their publishing power to release a ‘Dr. Who'/BBC-esque ‘Holiday Special', yer over analyzing it.

Great historical fiction about a time period in Australia I always wondered about. Little preachy at times, but that is understandable in this context.
