I ate this book up. I would love to see this made into a movie .... Or maybe I wouldn't as the book creeped me tf out.

This was a cute book that makes you just want to snuggle up with a fluffball.

I really appreciated that the book got progressively deeper and the characters more entwined despite it being short stories.

I still don't know what to think about Jon the all knowing dog. My guess is that's kind of the point though.

This is maybe okay for people that don't read a lot of thrillers, but to me it felt entirely too predictable and the characters lacked depth.

Honestly I would rate this higher but I spent a fair amount of the book confused despite the beautiful writing

This first 150 pgs, I felt like I had no idea what was going on. For the proceeding 175 or so pages I felt like there it was overly wordy for their being nothing really progressing the story. I was invested for the last bit, but sort of wish the rest of the book had moved along a little faster.

I loved this book so much!!
My only gripes are:
1. The third act conflict was awful. I hated it.
2. The ending was not long enough (as usual). I would have loved to see more of their relationship after.

Overall the story has promise, but something about this just didn't work for me.

The characters were underdeveloped and the withholding of background on them didn't really seem to serve a purpose outside of intrigue. The reveal of that was pretty lackluster and just more sad than shocking.

The book inside a book thing, though funny due to the clear contrast of perception, was just hard to read. I get what TA was trying to do, but ugh I did not like when it was more than like 2 paragraphs.

This book feels the most “real” of all her books so far

Maybe I'm biased because acts of service are my love language but this book was just so sweet and cozy.

There were a couple parts of the story I think didn't add anything to the story and it kind of took me out of it. Otherwise it was beautiful

Could have done without the COVID stuff. Kind of dampened the comedy aspect.

Idk why but I just can't get enough of this series

I had a hard time rating this book. I enjoyed the ending but I had a very hard time getting into this one at first.

Loved that the characters were so unique.

This book was beautiful and heartbreaking. My only complaint was that I could not connect with the characters like I would have wanted.

The timelines were pretty confusing at first.

Quick read. My biggest complaint is that this story just kind of happens to you. There's no way for you to figure anything out on your own.

I'm so disappointed I didn't like this book more. I really liked all the characters, but it was just so completely forgettable.

I listened to this one. It was informative and engaging. Similar to a podcast

This book has some pretty powerful comparisons to rl. I do feel like there was over explanations and a lack of varying perspectives/character depth but outside of that I really enjoyed it. The epilogue did leave me wanting more. I know more books aren't planned but hopefully we get a little something

This book had more potential. The posts at the end of the chapters felt choppy and forced. I found the characters lacking emotion and depth. Didn't hate the book just felt like there was more to be desired
