I did like the first book more than this one, but Rise of Empire is definitely a good read. I can't wait to know what happens with Hadrian and Royce in the final book.

Dear Mr. Sullivan,

Thank you so much for writing this book. You just made my week. I laughed a lot -and that's something that doesn't happen frequently. The story was marvelous, and I love the characters. I'm afraid I'll be reading everything you publish.

Oh wow. I'm really impressed. This is a solid start!

Urasawa's Monster is what got me into anime and manga, so I'm always eager to read his work. With this new series I've revived my admiration for his art. He's awesome!!

Sometimes I think Sanderson gets his energy from the agony of his readers.

That. Ending.

Gosh, I need time. And probably a hug from a book.

I liked this book more than the first one. The plot was better, the pace too, and the new characters added more depth to Harry's story.

I'm still not sure if I'll continue the series, but it's a possibility in the future.

Overall, I did like the book. My only problem is with some of the ideas of Chapters 6 and 7. Besides those chapters, I think the book is quite informative and interesting.

Some stories were interesting, but others were nothing impressive. I think I prefer Koji Suzuki's novels, not short stories.

These short stories made me want to read all of Michael J. Sullivan's books. I like his writing style and sense of humor. Besides, Hadrian and Royce are likeable and I want to know more about them.

I enjoyed this one. The ending kinda frustrated me, but I really liked it.

The characters in this book are messed up. Really messed up. But that's the good part of the story. But there were some minor details I didn't enjoy, so I can't say it's the best book I've read. I liked the ending so I won't be reading Hidden Bodies.

It wasn't amusing, though some parts were really interesting.
