See allAbsolutely amazing read, little less raw than Blood Meridian, but still just as stark. I don't usually cry for books but this one made me. It's powerful and will keep you reading page after page.
Pretty alright, I could see a kid really enjoying this with all their heart. But as an adult it's a little repetitive and uninteresting at times. And I really do not like all the names that are slightly different from each other. Looking at you "...paw" but still very good book overall.
A very decent book. It can be a little graphic and raw, and sometimes confusing, but it's amazing how not everything is stated, somethings just up and happen. And you get to ask yourself a lot of philosophical questions. I really enjoyed it.
A damn fine book. And a better the Martian. I feel like it retained both wonder and realistic sci fi and managed that balance perfectly. I would change one thing, which is the flashbacks. I get why they aren't in a separate chapter, but it broke up the action sometimes and I rushed through them a lot.
A damn good book. Very engaging and kept me wanting for more. My only complaint is the ending left me wanting for a little more explanation.
