See allGood for its promotion of eating fatty and cholesterol rich foods, the role inflammation can play in health, and suggesting intermittent fasting. If you are gluten sensitive then the book applies to you, otherwise it tries a bit too hard to demonize carbs and gluten. One chapter is literally titled “How gluten robs you and your children's peace of mind.” I don't think this could be any more of a sensationalist scare tactic.
