La edición es preciosa y de la novela, ¿qué decir? Es intrigante, desgarradora, increíble y en definitiva algo que reta muchas cosas dentro de la mente del lector. Sin embargo esta edición en concreto deja muchas cosas inciertas para lectores no muy versados en Cortázar o la época del texto. Al haber sido despojada de muchisimas notas al pie que que resultaban útiles para seguir un texto tan complejo. Mi recomendación es buscar la edición de Cátedra.
The book as a piece is beautiful, and what can I say about the text and the story? It is intriguing, heartbreaking, incredible, and ultimately something that challenges many things in the reader's mind. However, this particular edition leaves many things uncertain for readers who are not well versed in Cortázar or the historical period where the text is set. It has been stripped of many footnotes that were useful for following such a complex text. My recommendation is to look for the Cátedra edition.
