Classic Cold War-era thriller.

The Discworld is always a great place to visit as a reader, and the books that feature Ankh-Morpork's City/Night Watch are some of my favorites. I love the satire, and am constantly amazed at just how many jokes Pratchett can fit into such a short collection of pages.

This is a solid Economics 101-type text book that explains basic concepts in an approachable way. Nothing much novel beyond that, but if you have a young person in your life who could use a solid grounding in how money and markets work, this is a good one.

Social media satire that borrows heavily from The Fugitive set in the Bad Guys fictional universe. I laughed out loud a few times and my kids (especially the 8 year old) loved it.

A cute PG-13 rom-com of a book that I devoured in one sitting. The premise is fun and there really aren't any villains to speak of. It's pretty low conflict and sappy, but definitely left me feeling warm and fuzzy.
