Didn't completely enthrall me like some books have recently, but I enjoyed it. Like a friend said, if you pay attention to details, you may figure it out before the end. Realistic fiction plus a twist of sci-fi/fantasy.

This book felt much more like Green to me than Will Grayson did. I enjoyed the different personalities of all the classmates. Makes me wonder if there are any places like the mini-mall in my city to explore.

Fantastic book. I'll suggest it to everyone. I enjoyed the change in perspectives as the chapters rolled on. Auggie was a lovable character. Would be good for a read aloud.

Listened to Wil Wheaton read this to me in the course of commuting this last week. Though I am a few years too young to understand all of the references, those I did understand were hilarious. Great plot, and it kept me interested through all 15+ hours.

Brandon Sanderson does it again! Can't wait for more installments in this series.

Historical fiction - set in Little Rock, Arkansas as they were beginning to integrate their schools. A page-turner. Can't wait to recommend this one to students next year, or work in in to my curriculum somehow. :)

Awkward, especially for a religious group's book club. Almost felt like a romance novel that tried to push the limits of decency.

Great book for those who like speculation on the future!

Boarding school. Pranks. Friendship. A good read.

This book was fantastic!

Always fun to re-read a “classic.” Students enjoyed it, but some were frustrated at the abrupt ending.

Ugh! The ending!!!!!

Reading ahead for the Global Read Aloud 2012!

Interesting ideas in here! Most I agree with: collaborative, project-based, inquiry learning... learning in the “gaps” where the content is not explicitly taught... no mention of online privacy or how to stay safe online though, which is an important tool our kids need to know.

It took me less than two days to finish this. Just as lovely as the first installment. Just as creepy. Blah blah, character development, blah blah, setup for the next story... which, by the way, I'm going to start just as soon as I finish vacuuming my apartment.

This book deserves five stars, since it made me stay up till 1 a.m. even though I was dead tired.

Read this book if you like: Science-fiction, memory loss, self-discovery

I found the narrative style a little distracting at the beginning but learned that it was appropriate for the main character.

Interesting read. (Also, easy enough for me to finish in 90 minutes or so.)

I tore through these two books. After I finished this one...I just felt... Right. The passage about living for today and enjoying every moment really stuck with me and think it will be something I will try to do from now on.
